The apartment is offering a big open terrace with jacuzzi where you can relax and watch the ocean.

Great location as we are just 500m (7min walking) from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. We have STARLINK internet, wich is the best internet available in Puerto Escondido area.

the master bedroom has his own bathroom and a private balkony - also with excellent view to the ocean, city and mountains.

both bedrooms have 1 queensize bed, a 32" HD TV, air conditioner and ceiling fans.

The 2nd bedroom provides an additional matress for a 5ft person.

We provide you a code for the main entrance and your keys will be directly in the door of your unit.

Although your stay is totally independent, we’re close to you in case you need help or advises.

La Punta is a touristic neighborhood, with all what you need to spend a nice holidays. It’s also a nice surf spot for all the levels depending the season or the day. Our house is located at the quiet area of the neighborhood but near to all the bars, restaurants and stores. Most of the streets in La Punta are not yet paved and our street is no exception.

Your private terrace and the shared garden are the smoking areas.

The temperature of the Jacuzzi is automatically regulated, during the day the water will be fresh and at night it will be warmer but not at very high temperature. Around 32 degrees.

We don’t have laundry service but in case you need it we can provide you the contact of a laundry center which is 100 meter from the house and they also can agree with you a time to pick up and bring back your laundry.

We have an iron and a hair dryer, please feel free to ask us and we will gladly provide it to you

As the house is shared with others we do not tolerate any kind of party and/or loud noise between 10pm to 8am! thank you 🙏
